The problem

The team needed to ship multiple product surfaces quickly without re-solving components, templates and handoff patterns on every release.

My process

  • Led end-to-end design for multiple web products, from user research and wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes and developer handoff.
  • Built scalable design systems and reusable component libraries in Figma, accelerating iteration speed for rapid experimentation.
  • Designed responsive templates and custom CMS/ATS platforms from scratch, focused on usability, accessibility and conversion.
  • Conducted UX research to identify friction points and optimize user flows, reducing drop-off across key funnels.
